Aly was born, raised and lives in the Vancouver area. Through his experience as a buyer, seller and renovator of real estate, combined with his work as a REALTOR®, Aly has the vision to see each transaction from every side of the coin. This is what gives him his edge.

He has over 6 years of experience as a REALTOR®, over 15 years of experience as a renovator and investment property owner, over 3 years of experience teaching the real estate pre-licencing course and over 20 years of experience in marketing strategies and sales research. About Margret

Margret Nyfors is Aly’s licenced assistant. Real estate is her number one passion but she does have others as well. Margret lives in Vancouver with her partner Peter and they will forever be renovating their old character home. They share their space with one big dog and one crazy cat. Margret is also a writer and is known for two blogs (www.kitsgal.comand www.vancouverdatenight.com) She is a professional improviser in the city and proudly does shows on a regular basis at the Vancouver TheatreSports League.
